Yoga for Cancer

Looking for a women's cancer retreat or an online yoga for cancer class, then you've come to the right place.
I’m passionate about yoga as an approach to navigating the aftermath of cancer, and rebuilding the connection to our bodies. My hope is to guide students into confident movements, through intentional practices, surrounded with the safety of non judgment, while honoring where their bodies are at.
